Clock pages will not load - Refresh the webpage and wait untill the page has fully loaded. You should then be able to view the clocks when you click on them.
Videos do not play - We use the Windows Media Video (WMV) format for our videos, to conserve the size of your download. If you cannot load it through the web browser, right click on the orange Try Me button and click "save target as" to save to your computer. You can then load it in a video player that is compatible with the WMV format.
Audio does not play - Like our videos, we use the Windows Media Audio (WMA) format for the majority of our songs. If you cannot load them, right click the song name and click "save target as" to save to your computer. You can then play it with a compatible media player.

Ordering online - We are a verified PayPal seller. You can purchase our clocks through the website by clicking the Buy Now button located on each individual clock page. You must either sign in if you have a PayPal account, or register to complete the transaction. All transactions through PayPal are safe and secure. Ordering by phone - If you would like to order by phone, please do! You can reach us toll free at 1-877-657-9929 from 9 AM - 10 PM. Ordering by phone is quick and easy and we will have your clock shipped the same day or the following work day.

Do you have a tune list for all the clocks? - Yes! Click here or go to http://www.springfieldclock.net/tunelist.html for a full listing of all the tunes as sorted by song name.
Do these clocks have a warranty? - All of our products on the web, including Rhythm and Seiko, include a one year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty literature is included with the clock.
What is your return policy? - You may return a product up to 30 days after the purchase date. We charge a $15 restocking fee. Returns must be shipped in all original packaging in its original condition. If your clock is damaged in shipping, please refer below.
