Warranty service on Seiko and Rhythm clocks shipped outside of the continental U S is as follows: Customer gets authorization for return from Springfield Clock Co. via e-mail to info@springfieldclock.net and returns clock to Springfield Clock Co, 208 So Grand Ave., East, Springfield, Illinois 62704 USA. Clock needs to be packed by shippers instructions and insured. Shipping cost is paid by customer.
