Do you have a tune list for Rhythm clocks? - Yes! Click here for a listing of all the tunes as sorted by song name.

Do your clocks have a warranty? - Yes! All of our products on the web, including Rhythm and Howard Miller, have a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty literature is included with the clock.

What is your return policy? - You may return a product up to 30 days after the purchase date. You pay return shipping and there is no re-stocking fee. Returns must be shipped in all original packaging in its original condition. If your clock is damaged in shipping, please refer below.

Help! My clock was damaged! - Please check the warranty literature included with your clock. If you are missing your warranty literature, call us at 1-877-657-9929 and we will send you the warranty information.

Rhythm clocks still under manufactuer warranty; please call Rhythm USA at 1-770-640-6311.

Howard Miller clocks still under manufactuer warranty; please call Howard Miller at 1-616-772-9131.

Warranty service on Rhythm shipped outside of the continental (48 States) U.S. is as follows:
Customer gets authorization for return from Springfield Clock Shop. via e-mail and returns clock to Springfield Clock Shop, 415 E. Cedar St., Springfield, Illinois 62703. Clock needs to be packed like it was in the orginal box and packed inside a shipping box and insured. Return shipping cost is paid by customer.

Note: We do not sell or can offer any help with the manufactuer of the Springfield Clock brand. You will need to call Springfield Precision Instruments Inc. at 1-888-809-3284.

Website Issues

Clock pages will not load? - Refresh the webpage and wait untill the page has fully loaded. You should then be able to view the clocks when you click on them.

Videos do not play? - We are using the HTML5 Format for our web pages, so you will need to update your web browser to the latest version, or use the latest version of a different web browser. Or you can view all of our videos of clocks on our YouTube Channel.
