Product Questions

Do your clocks have a warranty? - Yes! All of our products that we sell include a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Warranty literature is included with the clock.

What is your return policy? - You may return a product up to 30 days after the purchase date. Returns must be shipped in will all original packaging and in its original condition. There is a 15% restocking fee.

Help! My clock was damaged! - Please check the warranty literature included with your clock. If you are missing your warranty literature, call us at 217-544-0840 and we will send you the warranty information.

Rhythm clocks still under manufacturer warranty; please call Rhythm USA at 1-770-640-6311.

Howard Miller clocks still under manufacturer warranty; please call Howard Miller at 1-616-772-9131.

Note: We do not sell or can offer any help with clocks made by Springfield. You will need to call the manufacturer, Taylor Precision Products at 1-866-843-3905.

Website Issues

Clock pages will not load? - Refresh the webpage and wait untill the page has fully loaded. You should then be able to view the clocks when you click on them.

Videos do not play? - We are using the HTML5 Format for our web pages, so you will need to update your web browser to the latest version, or use the latest version of a different web browser. Or you can view all of our videos of clocks on our YouTube Channel.

Audio does not play? - We are using the HTML5 Format for our web pages, So you will need to update your web browser to the latest version, or use the latest version of a different web browser.
